I just wanted to take a minute, and explain the a little about my process and production times.
Let’s be honest, some Clix sets are more popular than others, but it is impossible to really get a feel for the popularity before the street date. Knowing which sets to print a lot of before they go live here on the site, and which to just print a few is tricky at best. So after the first few days of a relese every order is printed/assembled to order. That means I keep very little stock on hand ready for immediate ship. As a Clix player and consumer of other collectables, I understand that when you place an order, you want it ASAP. I check the tracking for the goodies I order repeatedly…maybe a touch of OCD.
Please keep in mind I am a one man show here at Big Bully; my son helps a little, and Helga hinders much more than she helps. My goal is to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, usually between 24-48 hours of payment being received.
So that brings us to now, with the What If? release. The responce has been OVERWHELMING, for the Bystanders accociated with this set. Which is fantastic, thank you! The volume of orders, will unfortunatly slow down my target of 24-48 hour ship time. Currently I am about one day behind that goal, and with the weekend coming up, it may slip one more day. (Lots of Boy Scout events and Fathers Day this weekend). Please beleive, I am processing/printing/assemblying your orders as fast as I can, and as alwasy they are shipped in the order in which they were received.
If there is ever an occasion, that you need your product “rushed”, for a special event like Nationals, Worlds, or Prize Support, please let me know. I can’t guarantee their arrival date, but I will do my best to accomadate you.
